I'm a quantitative developer and senior engineer with more than a decade of experience across global financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
Working on complex systems gave me a close view of how large organisations make decisions when the stakes are high.
One thing kept standing out. The decisions that shaped projects, products and teams were often the hardest to find later. The context behind a trade-off, the reasoning behind an architectural choice, or the assumptions that informed a strategic decision would gradually disappear as teams evolved and people moved on.
I'm building Kyaxa to change that.
