Exploring how AI can improve decision-making. Building systems that preserve context, reasoning and outcomes. Quantitative developer and senior engineer with more than a decade of experience in financial services.
I'm a quantitative developer and senior engineer with more than a decade of experience at financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and HSBC.
Working on complex systems gave me a close view of how large organisations make decisions under uncertainty and when the stakes are high.
One problem kept surfacing. The decisions that shaped projects, products and teams were often the hardest to find later. The context behind a trade-off, the rationale for an technical choice, or the assumptions behind a strategic decision would gradually disappear as teams evolved and people moved on.
Over time, I realised that organisations have systems of record for almost everything, except decisions.
That's why I'm building Kyaxa. A system designed to make organisational decisions as traceable and durable as code.
Kyaxa is the manifestation of the insights I developed working at large enterprises.
Similar to how we now universally have Git as a code repository. Organisations need a system of record for the decisions and the context of those decisions and this is the solution Kyaxa provides. It captures who decided what, when and why, making decisions structured, searchable and durable.
