Building the infrastructure layer for organisational memory in the enterprise.

The biggest infrastructure gap in enterprises is not data. It is memory.

Enterprises invest billions in people, then lose most of what those people know the moment they leave a meeting, change roles, or walk out the door.

I came to this problem from a career spent deep inside some of the world's most complex financial institutions as a quantitative developer and principal engineer: Morgan Stanley, HSBC, UBS, Deutsche Bank, RBC, Fidelity, and Credit Suisse. What I kept seeing, across every institution, was the same quiet crisis: critical knowledge living in people's heads, in meeting rooms, in email threads, and evaporating constantly.

AI does not fix that problem. It makes the gap more expensive. Before organisations can get real value from AI, they need to solve the knowledge problem underneath it. That is what Kyaxa addresses.

Kyaxa is the infrastructure layer for organisational memory in the enterprise. It captures institutional knowledge at the source, structures it, and makes it permanently accessible, so organisations stop re-learning what they already knew.

Built for enterprises that understand knowledge retention is a competitive advantage, not an IT problem.

Working with enterprise teams across financial services, consulting, and regulated industries.
